Streetcar Simulation Featured in Newsletter

Our streetcar simulation was featured in the City of Oklahoma City’s newsletter. We worked with a variety of city staff, consultants and partners to simulate the proposed downtown streetcar route. This presentation is a compilation of video captures from the Real Time system. Utilizing our Real Time process enabled stakeholders to preview the 3D models and camera paths and make any necessary revisions, which would have been a cost-prohibitive and much less efficient process using more traditional animation methods. We coordinated with COTPA and the City of OKC to view various designs and routes, including a simulation for studying traffic light interactions, and we ultimately incorporated the final designs into both still images and animation for a variety of presentations.
